This intensive, plant based formula helps dissolve and loosen severe mats without cutting or damaging the coat. It’s designed for those “last resort” moments when regular detangling sprays just aren’t enough.

2. How do I use the Dematter Cream?

Apply a generous amount to the Matted area. Work it in gently with your fingers and let it sit for a few minutes to begin the dematting miracle process. Use the Skip the Groomer Pin Brush to gently brush the mat and the hair around the mat in all directions. Then use the Skip the Groomer Rake Brush starting at the ends of the hair, working your way down to the roots. The mats will pull right out with a little patience. Use more product on the area, if needed, to get larger or denser mats out.

3. Does it replace brushing?

No, it is meant to make brushing through the hair easier and less painful for your dog when there are intense tangles and mats attached to the skin. Using the Skip the Groomer Rake Brush for best results.

4. Is it safe for sensitive skin dogs and puppies?

Absolutely. It’s made with herbal, sulphate free ingredients, gentle enough for all coat types, even puppies or dogs with skin sensitivities.

5. Can it be used regularly for maintenance?
