Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, promotions, product launches, or carrier disruptions.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the available shipping options, destination, order weight, and order value. Free shipping promotions may be available from time to time and will be shown on the website or at checkout when eligible.

Delivery Estimates

After your order ships, delivery time depends on the carrier and shipping method selected. Most U.S. orders are delivered within several business days after shipment, but delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Carrier Delays

Skip The Groomer is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, customs, or events outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, your building, or the carrier first. If your item arrives damaged, contact support@skipthegroomer.com with your order number and photos of the package and item.

Amazon or Retail Orders

Orders placed through Amazon or another retailer are shipped according to that retailer’s shipping policies. Please contact the retailer directly for shipping questions about those orders.
