- Returns accepted for both defective and non-defective products, in new condition
- Exchanges accepted
- Return method: by mail, customer downloads and prints label, customer pays return shipping
- No restocking fee
- Refunds processed within 5 days of receipt

Amazon or Retail Purchases
If you purchased through Amazon or another retailer, please begin the return through that retailer's return process. If you are outside the retailer's return window but believe your item has a manufacturing defect, contact us at support@skipthegroomer.com with proof of purchase and we will review the request under our warranty policy.
