Will it hurt her?
That is the point of the cream. It softens the mat first, and short outside-in strokes keep tension off the skin. Hold the base of the mat, go at the dog's pace, and stop if she tells you to.
Does it work on double coats?
Yes. Newfoundlands, aussies, and collie mixes are some of our most loyal reviewers. It helps release packed undercoat, which is where most double-coat trouble starts.
What if the mat is too far gone?
If it sits flat against irritated skin, a groomer visit is the kind call. This system is for everything before that point, and for making sure you rarely get there again.
How is the dematter different from the detangler?
The Detangling Treatment is daily upkeep: it keeps a moving coat moving. The Emergency Dematter is concentrated, for knots that have already gone solid.
How long does a session take?
